Our instructors are not only subject matter experts but also skilled in creating engaging and supportive learning environments. Whether you need help with reading, math, science, English, or preparing for standardized tests like the SAT and ACT, our tutors are here to guide you every step of the way. We offer services for students grades 3-12 in both one-on-one and small group settings, ensuring we strike the right balance of personalized attention and peer collaboration for your child.

  • ZeeShawn Wani

    ZeeShawn is a dedicated and results-oriented tutor with a proven track record of empowering students to excel academically. With extensive tutoring and college admissions coaching, I have helped students secure acceptance into many top-tier universities such as Harvard, Yale, Brown, Rice, Northwestern, andUSC.

    ZeeShawn has considerable experience privately tutoring students on the SAT/ACT and have had students regularly increase their scores by 150-300 points on the SAT and 4-10 points on the ACT. On average, his students have scored 1480 on the SAT (98%) and 34 on the ACT (99%).

  • Ann Garrigan

    Ann has been a classroom teacher over ten years and has been tutoring virtually since 2020. have a bachelor’s degree from Southwestern University in communications. Ann has taught math, science, reading, writing, and social studies in grades 3-5, and is certified in Texas to teach prek-6th grade.

  • Lauren Swint

    Lauren is an enthusiastic educator working to help students develop and maintain goal-oriented study habits for consistent academic success. She is equally skilled at one-on-one and group lessons using adaptable teaching strategies for different types of learners. Accustomed to both in-person and online instruction for flexibility and multimedia integration to maximize lesson engagement, Lauren is excited to support students with 7-8th grade math, algebra, geometry, hhysics, SAT math, ACT math and science, 6-8th grade reading language arts, creative writing, and college essay writing.

  • Bill Warnock

    Bill has 11 years of successful, part-time math tutoring experience. Students connect well with him and appreciate his positive, confidence-building approach to tutoring. Bill loves to tutor math because he likes to inspire students to reach their academic potential. Bill has an outstanding knowledge of all levels of math and is especally interested in supporting students in 7-8th grade math (pre-algebra), SAT math, ACT math, precalculus, trigonometry, algebra, and geometry.

  • Nicole Rogers

    Nicole has been a licensed English teacher for 8 years. She attended Colby College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Performing Arts and Writing. She is licensed to teach in the state of Massachusetts in English, and a TEFL certificate (Teaching English as a Foreign Language).

    Nicole has 8 years of experience as a classroom teacher and over 11 years experience tutoring English language and literature in grades 6-12.

    Nicole is an expert in writing, both creative and essay writing. Her approach with students includes breaking the process down into simple steps and developing lessons that are targeted to areas needing growth, resulting in her students’ ability to dramatically improve their work.

    Nicole is available to tutor students in their middle and high school language arts classes, creative and analytic writing, AP English Literature, and English language learning.

  • Alexander Cross

    Alexander graduated from Cornell University in 2012, with a BA in Economics and a Minor in Computing in the Arts.

    After completing his postgraduate Mandarin studies in May 2013, Alexander remained in China and worked as a tutor for Pattison Education, where he taught English to Chinese students at all levels, in a 1-to-1 setting. Most courses were taught to high school students, and designed with regard to the best possible preparation for specific English tests, such as TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, ACT, SSAT, and higher level subject tests such as AP US History and AP Economics (Micro/Macro).

    Upon returning to the USA, Alexander continued his tutoring career by tutoring high school and undergraduate students online in a variety of subjects, including SAT, AP Economics, ACT, and TOEFL.

    Alexander also holds a 120 hour TEFL Certification as well as a 50 hour Teaching Business English Certification.
